Now I know what you're thinking. "Chrissy your just jealous that you don't have a man." Or you're thinking "Chrissy you never have a date on Valentine's Day." And in that case your definitely right 😂.
I use to hate when Valentine's Day would fall on a weekday and we would have to attend school because everyone would be walking around carrying bags and cards and balloons from their boyfriends and girlfriends and I would just be sitting there like. "Hey can I get some chocolate?" 😂
I think I was really close to having a date this year , but for some reason it never works out for me. Probably because I just like to clarify just because you take me out on Valentine's doesn't mean your going to get "any". If your a guy and your reading this (which I highly doubt) please and I repeat PLEASE don't ever take a girl out for the first time and ASSUME just because you paid for the date that's you deserve something in return. It's just ignorant and disgusting and probably will get you cursed out or slapped which ever one comes first 😂
Now back to my story. I was talking to this guy for like a month and he made it seem like he was really into me and I'm not going to lie I liked him and I was more than willing to give him a chance. Then, we finally met and he was cool and everything was going fine and dandy until he asked if I wanted to go back to his place. I was like "SAY WHAT NOW!" And it wasn't even the fact that he asked me that it was the fact that I told him a bunch of times I was not planning on having sex anytime soon since I'm still a virgin. I mean I'm not gone say I'm waiting on marriage (don't judge me 😂) but I at least don't want to regret my first time. And he knew this! I just ended up rolling my eyes then going home disappointed. He hadn't even text me since then which I kind of wanted him to try harder but then I realized he wasnt worth it then.
Lol that's my sad sob story. I don't want anyone to think I'm a cry baby (if you are thinking that your right ☺️😂😪) I just want to let everyone know that Valentine's Day is not a day to just go out with someone and have sex or "pretend" for others that you and your partner are "relationship goals". It should be used as a day to really treat the one you love in a special way. But don't just let Valentine's Day be the day you show that to them.
I hope you guys enjoyed the post for today and have a great Valentine's Day! Even if that just means your going to lay in bed all day watching Making of A Murder which is what I'm going to be doing so don't feel bad ðŸ˜! See you guys later! I will probably be posting tomorrow on some updates on what's happening in my life so make sure you all check that out! Stay GOLDEN! 💛
